Anaya was so distraught, where had she gone wrong? Everything was still on it's previously present course how was anything supposed to change under those circumstances? She just couldn't see it. Even as she half paid attention to trashing everything the danger room threw her way, from cyborgs, AIM soldiers, and even sentinels. Her mind was scanning through the future seeing no change, yet the time she saw the possibility of a crossroads was now. She knew it because she'd seen so in the future, this was where to make the change. But what was she supposed to do.
A large smack and the sound of crunching bones now burried in a wall brought her out of this ponderous state. Those where her bones snapping. "Wish I had inherrited the skeleton too..." Anaya said as her bones snapped back into place instantaneously. In a few seconds her wounds were healed and she was up again. She knew she didn't have to worry about that comment since nobody was even going to come in the room at least for another minute. So she formed an energy katana in one hand and three energy claws between her knuckles to finish off the sentinel that kicked her into the wall in the first place.
Anaya was then brought to stare at the direction of the Danger Room entrance. "Five, four, three, two... Man that gets old." She muttered when she saw the door open. Life sometimes was so boring when you saw almost everything before it happened. But then again doing nothing would be even more so, and by now she was almost used to it.

Logan entered the Danger Room just as Anaya's energy claws dissipated. "Not very original, copycatting me." He back-handed an AIM soldier into the wall with a sickening crunch. "You never did say where you come from."

"Aww, don't tell me that the immortal healing man's pride can get bruised so easily." Anaya said teasingly immediately summoning a number of weapons in her hands and when he opened up her hands they sparkled into nothingness. "I can make anything I want, and this little history lesson I'm living made me wanna try something else for a change." Truth was she'd made a habit of using energy claws, it was almost her signature thing. But she couldn't tell him that. Anaya looked right at The Wolverine and didn't even glance to the side as she threw a bright blue energy dagger right into an AIM soldier's neck. Most impressively managing to through the glass pard of the shield, no margain for error there. The glass being only an inch thick. Just enough to see through to the other end.
"I did... Maybe your excellent hearing took a three second vacation when I said I was from the future?" Talking to him like this felt wierd, unnatural and out of place. In her time, it would be very different. But she couldn't let that show, not right now. Anaya didn't want to see another timeline appear in her visions.

"I take it that when you come from, respect for your elders is a thing of the past?" Logan questioned, arching a brow. He didn't really trust this little brat. If he had spoken to his father in such a manner, his hide would have been tanned every shade of red in the spectrum.

"Ooh, he really does have claws." Anaya said stopping short of a few steps away from Logan. "No, not really." She said in a high almost whimsicle voice. Another careless toss of energy debilitating a sentinel sending it toppling over head folling off with just the right timing for its' optic blast to take out the sentinel behind it. "But in a few years you'll tell me how I have a nack for testing your nerves." There he was, so close, yet so different, he was still the hard shelled man who you really didn't wanna screw with, well anyone except for her. But still, as though none of the horrible things from her future could ever happen. He was so different, unbroken being the most noteable difference. Reasonably so she had to think, her present was still their future at this point in time.

"So you're from the future. Big...frickin'...deal. I've run into a ime traveller before. Nimrod, and he was an evil-doer. So give me one good reason not to think that you aren't any different, and that I shouldn't I haul you off to Reed Richard's lab and toss you into the Phantom Zone?"

"Ok, you want a good reason? I don't see the harm in telling you this." Anaya paused contemplating the consequences. But a warning about this event could only do good for the cause. "My world, my Earth, is the kind of nightmare you can't even imagine, it was if Mephisto himself took over the world. Demons, numbering as the sands on a beach. I'm trying to keep that and yet another thing from happening. You see? Despite my interferance there's another plan I can see set in motion." Anaya had already started the sentance and even as she stared into his eyes, she wasn't sure for once how this would end.
"There's another time traveller. I can't see him, but he wants the same thing, to rule the world. This other mutant who held the world in his grasp actually managed to eliminate this being, though not out of the goodness of his heart. So he wants to strike at the source. This is where your interests intersect with mine." Anaya paused yet again before she spoke once more. "He plans to kill Night Angel, before she can train the mutant enough to defeat him, and before the two could stand against him."
"Is that good enough for you?"

Logan had lived a long time and knew a liar when he saw one. This girl was not lying, but she was sure as hell hidin' something! "I'm just supposed to take your word for it? And even if something were going to happen, what would I do to stop it?"

"Nothing... you back off, and let me do what I came here to- Ugh..." Anaya grunted as she felt a searing pain pierce right into the center of her. She'd been too distracted with the conversation to keep using her powers of anticipation. The 'toy' sword from the murderworld clown stuck through her back and out the other side. Anaya turned around blasting a beam of energy from her hand annihaliting the clown. She fell to her knees and reached behind her to pull out the sword. She grunted all the way through the process, it'd been a while, since she was a rookie in fact that she'd even taken a hit like that. Once the sword was out the wound immediately began to close. Within a minute it was gone.
Anaya looked up at him staring intently into Logan's now obviously shocked eyes. "What more do you want, huh? I have blonde hair, green eyes, and my mother's singing voice?" She asked impatiently. "Would you stop treating me like a suspect here?" She questioned while still kneeling on the rubble as the wound finished closing. Even when it'd healed over it still stung, so she sat there waiting for his answer.

"You have healing powers, the same as I do" Logan growled, not fond in the least of being lied too, "you also have dark roots, giving away that your hair is dyed. Also..."
He extended one claw on his left hand and deftly sliced the green contacts out of Anaya's eyes. "...you have blue eyes, the same shade as mine. So cut the crap and tell me who you really are! Are you another clone like X-23?"

Anaya bit her lip. He wasn't gonna give this up. Logan was so close to discovering the one secret above all she couldn't reveal. "Like Laura? Are you kidding?" Anaya felt insulted, being compared to a mere clone. After that she was silent, the only real answer was the one thing she couldn't say. Her heavy breathing came partially from the healing of her wound, but mostly for her nervousness. In her palpitations she didn't realize that an all too familiar amulet had come just into view. A cresent moon on an ornate necklace. This was all that remained of her mother in Anaya's time.

"Where did you get that?" Logan demanded. His tone was one that would send most people scrambling for the nearest exit."that's Kari's necklace. She would never willingly part from it. I suggest you give me a straight answer before I really get mad!" In his anger all six claws unsheathed and he loomed over Anaya like a vengeful wraith.

"You're asking me something I can't answer." Anaya said as she took a deep breathe and tucked the amulet back beneath her coat. Just as it was to Kari this possesion was precious to her as well. But rather than back down, she stood up seriousness took over her face. She had to defend this secret at all costs. She'd come too close, and part of her was every bit as stubborn as the man in front of her.
Anaya faced him unfalteringly, her face reflecting the same roughness as the man before her. "Gomenasai... (I'm sorry) But there are things I just can't tell you." Anaya was ready for the fight that would no doubt follow this showdown. The ornate white trench-coat that she'd been wearing fell to the ground. Beneath it was a black two piece battle suit. This suit was built perfectly for unrestricted movement despite being a tight fit. At the top of the pants rested a red X. The top was cut around her mid section leaving the abdominal area free. Anaya's fierce physical tone that while not apearing overly muscular but instead carefuly built, suggested a rhytmic based training. Possibly Capoeira, and a mix or Mui Thai, two of the most dangerous martial arts known to man.
True that this was nothing to fear for an immortal man. But Anaya wasn't going to go down easy. "You'll find yourself quite dissapointed with this fight. I'm no clone, but at the age of sixteen I'm nearly your equal." Anaya pulled her shoulder length hair back into a ponytail save for a lock of bangs on one side. Her face carried a ferocity that while unique, was not unknown. Her posture, it was very alike to the woman who'd given her life. "The last thing I want to do it hurt anyone, least of all you." Anaya said once again calling on her powers to provide her with a means to defend herself. This time a plasmic blue talon forming at the tip of each finger.

"We'll just see whose the better brawler" Logan replied, "I know every form of martial arts there is." He dropped into a fighting stance. "I'll even put away my claws. Ladies first." He retracted the blades.

"True, but you trained me ever since I could walk." Anaya was a bit dissaointed when Wolverine decided not to use his claws. But regardless she eyed him carefully for a second, the claws she'd summoned just moments ago faded into nothingness and she charged forward. Logan being a true master of many arts, it was unlikely for anaya to actually beat him. Still she hoped that the fight would be enough to distract from the point at hand. To say the least she knew one thing, conventional fighting techniques were useless against him. Anaya would have to aim for areas with little to no bone in them or she'd never even wear him out.
She grinned a bit and then closed her eyes and shook her head. "So be it." She no more than opened her eyes and with a surprisingly fast pace she dove forward. Anaya let herself fall backwards and used her hands to spring her body upward. Both feet heading right for Logan's abdomen. Perhaps only this first time she'd catch him off guard, her only one advantage was the fact that she wasn't weighed down by a metal skeleton. So she was faster, but not nearly as strong as Logan.
